形態特徵

• Autotrophic plants. Pseudobulbs conic-ovate, 4-5 cm tall, 3-4.5 cm in diam., with 4-5 internodes, initially covered with many ovate scales, leafless at anthesis.
• Leaves 2-5, grass-like, suberect, linear, 20- 45 cm long, 1-1.5 cm wide, acute to acuminate, 3-nerved.
• Scapes arising from upper nodes of pseudobulb, erect, slender, 30-60 cm long, often laxly branched, with several remotely spaced scales; flower bearing portion of racemes or panicles 18-25 cm long; bracts lanceolate, 6-8 mm long, acuminate; pedicel and ovary about 15 mm long. Flowers numerous, dull green, with brownish purple veins, variable in size; sepals spreading, dorsal one oblanceolate, 8-15 mm long, 2-3 mm wide, acute, lateral ones ascending, similar to dorsal but slightly longer and oblique; petals horizontal and connivent above column, oblong, 7-13 mm long, 3-4 mm wide, acute; lip with a short spur at base, blade oblong in outline when expanded, 10-14 mm long, 3-lobed, lateral lobes yellowish green, with purplish stripes, erect, ovate-triangular, obtuse to rounded at apex; midlobe whitish, nearly orbicular, 6-7 mm across, wavycrisped along margin, disc with 3-5 parallel low keels extending from base to midlobe and turning into white papillae in midlobe, spur 3-4 mm long, often dilated and slightly 2-lobed at apex; column 4-5 mm long, 2 mm wide, nearly footless; anther with 2 distinct purplish processes at apex, 1 mm tall; pollinia compressed ovoid, unequally cleft, with short stipe and broad viscidium; stigma triangular or semiorbicular, concave.

• 台灣 : among shrubs at lowlands, also in coastal grasslands or sand beaches.
• 世界 : Southern Ryukyus, Southern China, the Himalaya, India, Indochina, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia.
